Deryn Schmidt Limited, Lower Hutt

The Deryn Schmidt flagship store opened on January 11th 2016 and is located on the sunny side of the very popular Jackson Street in Petone, Lower Hutt (between Richmond Street and Nelson Street - 220 Jackson Street). This space also doubles as the workroom, so you will often find Deryn busy designing or cutting the latest styles, so come in and say hi, as she would love to help you find the perfect piece or amazing outfit.

The second Deryn Schmidt boutique opened on June 2nd 2018 and is located in the very popular Lombard Lane at 16 Lombard Street in Wellington City (off Manners Street and Bond Street, between Victoria Street and Cuba Street). You will always discover beautiful natural fabrics, stunning prints and an array of colours on offer to tempt the senses.

Deryn has a disciplined understanding of the female form combined with a love of tailoring, in-depth industry knowledge and a creative intuition. The result is innovative, intelligent cuts being utilised to flatter, while also adding a point of difference.
Being extremely tactile, Deryn has established a strong preference in selecting natural fibres to design with, which assist in creating a finished garment that both looks and feels great. Her natural love of colour and stand out prints are also evident throughout each collection.

If you can't find exactly what you are after, do ask about our Made to Measure Service which caters for those special requests (special occasions/events, one-off colours/fabrics, taller/shorter or larger/smaller sizing requirements).
