Day Architects is an Auckland-based architecture studio creating thoughtful, site-specific spaces designed around the way people live. Founded by Registered Architect Lisa Day, the studio brings decades of experience to bespoke residential architecture across New Zealand.

We work across new homes, residential renovations and extensions, heritage homes, coastal and holiday homes, and sustainable residential design. Every project begins with listening carefully to our clients to understand their lifestyle, aspirations, site and budget, allowing us to create architecture that feels personal, practical and enduring.

Our team can support projects from beginning to end, including feasibility and masterplanning, preliminary and developed design, resource and building consent documentation, tendering, consultant coordination, and construction observation and administration.

Sustainability is considered from the outset, with attention to site, solar orientation, natural light, thermal performance and long-term liveability.
