Description
Danish Delicacy Catering Co began with a love for traditional Danish cuisine and a few recipe experiments that quickly turned into requests from Danish friends in New Zealand. Inspired by their support, we launched in October 2021 to bring authentic smørrebrød to Auckland. Our menu features classic Danish open-faced sandwiches and Kiwi-inspired twists, all made fresh with premium ingredients. Smørrebrød is perfect for lunch or any occasion where great food and a touch of Danish “hygge” are welcome. We’re proud to share a taste of Denmark, crafted with passion and tradition.
