The CUISINESCENE NEW ZEALAND brand began sixteen years ago in a small cafe in Hamilton, where customers begged the owners to let them take home some of the delicious dressing used on the cafe's salads. And the brand is still going strong, bringing great taste to your table with tasty condiments and salad dressings, in the New Zealand tradition of "home preserves". Cuisinescene products are made with love and care in open pans to maintain fresh taste and superb quality - they are definitely NOT factory-made. The products are available in retail size bottles and jars and also in large "food service" sizes to simplify life for busy cafe and restaurant chefs. We care about the environment and do our best to be as "green" as possible. The cooks use the best seasonal fruit and vegetables, most grown within a few kilometres of the kitchen. Our glass jars and bottles can be re-used by home cooks for their own preserves and we use recycled cardboard boxes for packing orders for sending to our website customers, and biodegradable bags for market customers who don't have their own bags. A case in point is the "world-famous in New Zealand" Black Raspberry Vinaigrette, which is our top seller . One customer confessed that she eats it out of the bottle with a spoon, and many fans hoard extra bottles at the back of the pantry so they can be sure never to be without it! Real addicts buy the 1.6L flagons. Although supplying eager customers keeps us busy, along with our regular stall at Tamahere Country Market and appearances at various shows and expos, we love to add new products to the range, like the already popular Asian-style Dressing . We have just added a traditional Lemon Honey and an unusual Roast Capsicum Aioli . And we're always happy to consider product requests from our customers!
