Well they are very quick answer your call and to take you money, after that all correspondence ceases, calls unanswered and organisation is passed on to third party providers with no care or an idea of customer service. The product turns up when it turns up. It hasn’t yet. Still waiting

I made an order 1/21/2024 this was 9 days ago, I've called, I've emailed, I've had no response from Cubag. My order is overdue, Cubags guarantee is 2-5 working days for delivery or your money back and $100 for the inconvenience. This is the definition of inconvenience.
