Crown Commercial is a boutique independent real estate agency established by its 2 directors Bryan Block and David Grant who combined have nearly 50 years experience in the industry across several continents, markets and sectors. Bryan and David between them, have transacted almost 300 leasing deals across Wellington CBD and New Zealand, to a broad ranging use of tenants, from cafes, bars and restaurants, to main strip retail where they have secured leases for some of the largest national and international fashion brands and major banks.
