The worst dry cleaning experience. Absolutely destroyed my wedding dress and refused to take responsibility for it. The silk slip came back with a black trolley wheel mark on it and the lace/silk outer had fallen apart. Was reassured throughout the process everything was fine, and the owner was rude and unapologetic when confronted about the damaged.

Absolutely ruined my silk dress and then tried to lie about it when confronted and were so rude and unapologetic. Will definitely be warning everyone I know not to go here
