I recently placed an order with Complete Paints Ltd Napier over the internet. The service I received regarding this order has been outstanding. Firstly the order was immediately acknowledged via email and a phone message then when the order was delayed I was informed via phone message and text and told when the estimated date of arrival would be. The product arrived and I again was immediately informed via phone then today a backup call was made to me to ensure I had the product I required. I really can't speak highly enough of the staff at Complete Paints........such a refreshing change from some of the businesses in the area that just couldn't care less about you or customer service. I will have no hesitation in returning to Complete Paints for any products I may require in the future. Thanks Complete Paints...you guys rock :)
