Meredith McCarthy is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, has over 29 years experience in helping people overcome phobia’s, build confidence and reduce anxiety. She runs retreats and sees clients both in person and over zoom. If you want help to work on achieving your goals and overcoming fears then have a look at what Meredith offers. She has been teaching Hypnotherapy to students for over 8 years and is passionate about helping people. Meredith is a Reiki master teacher, yoga instructor, and teachers meditation and mindfulness.
