Description
I provide individual counselling in Remuera and NZ-wide online in English and French. I offer short-term, solution-focused counselling and long-term psychotherapeutic support since 2010. Areas of specialization are: Counselling for stress and anxiety, grief and loss, homesickness, cultural adaptation, developing self-confidence, change and life transitions, developing self-awareness, improving communication, anger management, depression.
Company description
Drawing on mindfulness, the body-feelings-mind connection and neuroscience, I help clients gain personal insights, develop a calm and trusting relationship with themselves, and feel empowered to take positive action. I work collaboratively to help people identify and maximize their existing strengths. I also provide professional insights and draw from the wide range of tools accumulated over years in practice to provide tailored additional strategies and help people develop new skills as required.
