Description
Champagne homes is a property management company that will let your rental for only 7%+ GST. We are friendly and efficient and make sure our rental inspections are done properly and often so you dont have to worry. We also manage your maintanence and advertising for you.
Company description
We manage a maximum of 50 rental properties so each of your rentals are cared for as if they were our own. We ourselves own 20 rental properties and understand the utmost importance of finding the best tenants and keeping up to date with inspections.
We offer personal, friendly, efficient service that focusses on pairing the right tenant with the right property and maintaining a good relationship with both. We communicate clearly with you so you dont have to worry about what is happening to your asset.
Our small friendly team will take care of your rental property as if it were our own.
We don't have hundreds of properties so we can focus more clearly on yours.
Tenant selection
We are very careful in our tenant selection process. We like to meet any prospective tenant in person and
ensure all credit and reference checks are completed and assessed before any tenant is considered.
Inspections
We perform an inspection 1 month after a new tenant has moved in, this gives us a good feel for how they treat the property and we can base our next inspection time on this.
We will then decide to do a monthly, 3 or 6 monthly inspection.
Our inspections are done carefully and throughly and you are sent copies for your piece of mind.
Maintanence
We have an efficient mainteance service that can take care of your needs at a resonable price.We organize and deal with any issues that may arise in a prompt friendly manner.
