I gave my 2 dogs into the care of Tracey. Sadly, it was not a positive experience for neither myself or my dogs. I found my arrival to curt and unwelcoming ( I was unavoidably later than antispated due to personal circumstances - however it was not made clear to me that we needed to be there 15 minutes before closing, even after 2 phone calls. Picking up my dogs, I again found to be equally unsatisfactory experience. It also seemed that my dogs were not housed together as requested and both were extremely smelly. I found this whole experience less than satisfactory. At the price charged, and also with my own personal experiences , plus the state of the dogs when I collected them, overall I disppointed and very upset, especially by the curt attitude. This has been an experience I will not repeat. It is to be accepted that there will always be a level of professionalism which I did not receive, and I would not recommend this facility.
