Caversham Medical Centre, Dunedin

Well, I have come away feeling very disappointed with this Medical centre, which is a shame as I have been going there for well over 20 years and never once have I had a doctor like the one I experience today. Me and my two children had an appointment with this Dr, my youngest has been sick since November last year has been put on hayfever tablets and ever since she has still been experiencing achy bones, fevers a chesty cough, swollen glands, tiredness and today she was told it was all viral and to take a nasal spray and panadol, this kid has been living on panadol daily just so she can function during the day, my other daughter is experiencing the same symptoms and also told to take panadol, again another child who already is taking Panadol daily so she can function, as for myself yes I can take Panadol, I have only been feeling like this for the last week. I also had blood tests taken last week to check my iron levels as Im due for an iron infusion, so this particular doctor writes to my specialist saying that I think (the patient) had an iron infusion last year, now I think I would recall if I had one or not.
