Callisto Property Management is a locally owned residential property management company serving Dunedin, Mosgiel and the Otago Peninsula. We manage family homes and student flats for property owners who want their investment looked after properly without the day-to-day hassle.

Our complete management service covers rental appraisals, professional photography, advertising, viewings and tenant screening, rent collection and arrears follow-up, entry, routine and exit inspections, maintenance coordination, tenancy agreements, bond lodgement, renewals and clear owner reporting.

We charge one transparent fee of 8.9% + GST of rent collected. There are no letting, advertising, routine inspection, renewal or administration fees, and we never add a margin to contractor invoices. Every owner also receives a free rental appraisal, professional photography, an accountant-ready year-end pack, rental arrears protection and a done-for-you switch service if moving from another property manager.
