The night shift Café Attendant is very rude. This one star (I would give 0 if I could) is solely for him. The rest of the staff, and service by them is great. He is not.

Just been into BP to buy coffee. 1.30 sat 17 th. Lady at coffee machine is rude loud and obnoxious. A very very poor customer service.
