My experiences have shown me that it is possible to have lots of energy to do all the things you love in life.

When I was exhausted and stressed, studying part-time, working part-time and just had a baby I was barely holding it together...I experienced such low mood I was bordering on depression, I was irritable and emotional... I was just so damn tired. Which left me feeling like I was a terrible mother and a terrible business owner.

But I realized I had all the answers at my fingertips because I was studying to be a naturopath already, so I sought out my own naturopath for support and accountability. Now I use my Bachelor of Natural Medicine to help other busy stressed-out mums achieve energy, stable moods and a chill view on life.
