I bought the B570QE from Robyn the owner. The professionalism and guidance given to me before purchasing a sewing machine was awesome. I am so thrilled with what it can do due to the very good demonstration Robyn showed me. What can I say other than the service is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Robyn and Millie for such a great experience. Barbara
