I would like to thank Auto Legend Albany for the outstanding service they gave me when I purchased a car from the Albany Branch in Auckland. Leo was the guy I dealt with and I felt very comfortable listening to his advice while I was viewing the vehicle that I ended up buying. I had some early issues with the cars suspension. I called Leo straight away. He immediately arranged for the car to be looked at from a mechanic on that Sunday late afternoon. I continued driving down to my home town the next day and again the issue came up with the suspension. This time the car bounced side to side in a violent manor at a speed of 90ks and almost pushed me into a large truck. I managed to stop the car safely and then crawled back to my city at 30ks per hour because the suspension was showing a fault advising to only travel at a max of 30ks per hour. Leo was so helpful and booked it into their repair shop specialists in my city. Unfortunately this same issue happened another 2 times and after talking with Leo about my concerns using this vehicle he offered a full refund on the vehicle to me. I am so pleased that I had chosen Auto Legend Albany to purchase a car as this man went out of his way to consider my situation above all others. I highly recommend Auto Legend Auckland to anyone considering buying a car and wants the type of service that Leo gave me after the vehicle was purchased. We all want this after sales care and respect that Leo gave to me. but often once you drive away from the car yard you are on your own. I will be purchasing another vehicle in the future and will be going back to Auto Legend to purchase my next car.
