Terrible place. Receptionist is rude and confrontational. Were regulars and when the car started overheating took it in. Paid just under $2,000 for the car to be fixed, for it then to overheat again 2 days later. They said that it was a new thing and refused to take any liability and charged us around $1,000 again. I said I wanted to take the car back as they hadnt fixed it which they agreed they will put it back together for me to collect. I got a phone call back 5 minutes later by the women on reception who said the car had been fixed but I had to wait further 4+ days to collect constantly delaying it. They refused to take ownership as when I went in initially for the overheating i mentioned about the cyclone and hitting something which they denied to be the cause the first time and continued to deny this the second time and support our case in claiming on the insurance after the cyclone caused the damage, stating they can’t be sure that’s why! I spoke to another garage and they agreed it to be the cause and also said I had been overcharged as they were charging me for the brushes which is a more expensive way. Awful place. Never had such a bad experience and they have been deleting all my reviews.
