I paid this company over $2000 to fit new door handles to 9 doors in December 2022. After I paid them I found 2 doors had no latches - so they wouldn't shut. The handle broke within a week on one door so couldn't open or close. Despite multiple promises they would come back and rectify, more than 1 year later in January 2024 they still haven't fixed these issues. In the end, I got another locksmith (Bingo Locks) who came around promptly and fixed everything. So I had to pay twice for this work.
