Description
In our New Zealand studio, we deal with every type of painting imaginable, both in preventative (conservation) procedures as well as reconstructive and stabilisation restoration. We never do more than is necessary to stabilise and render a painting viewable in the manner intended by the artist.
All our restoration procedures (except for the removal of dirt) are reversible but remain permanent if so desired. The main cost of any restoration work is time.
I am an artist and art restorer, originally from Germany and now living in New Zealand.
More than 30 years ago I decided to dedicate my life to the arts. I studied the techniques of fine art conservation and restoration both in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.
My team and I provide a comprehensive art restoration service for artworks that have been damaged or have deteriorated over time. Contact me to discuss your artwork and your options for art restoration.
