I would like to the service when my Dryer broke down was amazing and the young girl that picked it up was lovely. But my dryer had broken down again, I rung to ask if someone could ring me regarding this, no one rung me back. thought I would just call in and ask. I have never been spoken to so rudely the way that the receptionist spoke to me. I understand that things can be stressful, and you said that you are understaffed, but at the end of the day you are the front person that the customer talks to and see for the business. this was unprofessional.
