Excellent communication with easy to understand instruction and they are very knowledgeable about everything trampoline. I have used this company for two trampoline mats - 14ft rounded 8 years ago and recently a supertramp rectangular. Both are perfect fit and the material feels very durable. Pricing is reasonable and delivery to our rural addresses were very quick.
