Animal Control Products (ACP) is a State Owned Enterprise (SOE).
The business established in the 1950's under the direction and funding of the Ministry of Agriculture and the New Zealand Forest Service, mixing toxins and later manufacturing finished bait products for the agencies involved in controlling a wide range of introduced vertebrate pests including rabbits, wallabies, possums, rooks and feral ungulates. Since 1998, ACP has been manufacturing and marketing products under the registered trade name PESTOFF.
