Worsed place i have ever been to. Took my car there working fine for a software upgrade. Ended up taking it away with an illegal warrant and no windows wipers, beeping bonnet sensor, no window washer, windows that didn't close, and a command that didn't work as well as many other faults. Paid $3,500. (he insisted on cash) Got abused on the phone and via text when i asked what was causing the errors and told that it couldn't be repaired because there were no parts and I was stuck with the car this way and that it was faulty when I took it there and that it had been neglected. I have all the receipts for regular services etc (despite it having been driven straight from my normal mechanic without any errors) I found the parts they claimed were faulty and unobtainable after one Google search. I fixed the car this morning with a screw driver, spanner and a multi meter. It had a flat system battery and fuses that were not pushed in properly. The owner charged me for a new battery and 8 months later I've put the old one back as a system battery as it still reads 12.5v. Car works beautifully. The warrant sheet says window wipers faulty and I may need to replace rear SAM if problem persists, the rear SAM has no faults and doesn't even communicate with the wipers. (Front SAM does that and you can buy all SAM modules for this car) Was told endless lies and charged for parts the car didn't need all because they don't know how, or couldn't be bothered to check fuses, program a key fob and test a battery.
