Took lawn mower in for repair. Was told it would be 3 weeks till it would ready.We called every week after the first 3 and was fobbed off saying it would be ready the following week. Six weeks later it was still not repaired and they couldn't tell us when it would be ready. Needless to say we removed it and 4 days later at another repairer it was ready. Terrible service from Aladdin and they couldn't of cared less.
