I have taken my dog here 3 times now because it is so convenient. Each time I promise myself that it is the last. The staff are very rude but what really concerns me is that my dog appears to be traumatised and frightened for 3-4 days afterwards. Never again.

IVE BROUGHT MY DOG THERE A FEW TIMES HOWEVER THERE IS ONE PERSON THERE I FIND QUITE NEGATIVE WITH HER COMMENTS AND HER TONE/ACTIONS WHICH I DONT APPRECIATE.. I AM THINKING SERIOUSLY ABOUT NOT TAKING MY DOG THERE BECOS OF HER ATTITUDE, SHE MAKES ME FEEL LIKE IM A BAD DOG OWNER AND THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE A DOG ? ! ONE DAY SHE DID NOT FEED MY DOG HER FOOD I GAVE BECOS IT WAS COOKED MEAT SO MY DOG WENT WITHOUT FOOD ALL DAY! SHE SAID HOW ALL HER DOGS EAT RAW MEAT, I DONT CARE ABOUT WHAT SHE FEEDS HER DOG AS NOT EVERYONE IN THIS WORLD FEEDS THEIR DOG RAW MEAT, .. BY THE TIME I GOT HOME MY DOG WAS VERY HUNGRY... I AM CURRENTLY AT LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DOG KENNEL
