My mother passed away in Whangarei in August 2013. My sister and I flew to Auckland from Australia, our long journey home to farewell our mother was eased with Franks professionalism and his kindness. We were picked up at the airport, driven to his office and within half an hour, documentation was completed, we would then continue our journey. After living in Australia for 16 years I was not familiar with the roads of Auckland. I was very nervous about driving in peak hour traffic, this was soon eased as Frank produced detailed directions of how to navigate my way through Auckland.
