Pretty average small company to rent off and poor attitude to resolving issues if they arise. They will be right regardless and if you are fine with that, you'll love them. Will try to take generic photos throughout your home every time they do an inspection because 'that's what they do' so beware if you like your privacy kept. Come across as arrogant to deal with in general, and this is likely to arise as an issue for mature renters given their preference for 'patch up' repairers rather than professional repairers.
