Countrywide Inspections (Rodney) Ltd.'s inspector has over forty years experience in the construction industry and is qualified as a Carpenter and Joiner with Trades Cert, having worked in a hands on and managerial position in residential and commercial construction in New Zealand and overseas.
The reports are accurate, unbiased and the inspections are carried with integrity, giving due respect to all parties involved, whether they be real estate agents, vendors, purchasers, tenants or third parties.
The reports are not designed to condemn any dwelling, but to simply identify areas of defect either presently or which may occur in the near future.
Areas where moisture ingress/leaking has occurred (or may occur) and areas of general maintenance which may be required.

The Inspection
Our Inspection is a comprehensive physical examination. It is designed to identify possible hazards.
Our Inspections are non-invasive, purely a visual inspection and are ideally designed to pick up any failing in the systems, plumbing, structures, electrical and other components of the building as they exist at the time of the inspection.
We also conduct an extensive moisture test through out the dwelling.
