"Drug Testing NZ", Hamilton

Glasshouse Property Management Hamilton was founded by Jeremy Baker, who took over his grandmother's portfolio from a large Hamilton rental agency. The properties were in bad shape, attracted low rents, and had a lot of tenant problems. In addition, vacancy issues resulted in poor cash flow. He aimed to improve the properties and attract better tenants. His strategy worked: he increased returns and removed the stress. Our goal is to create positive rental experiences for both tenants and landlords. It’s this approach that has led to our success: 99% of our tenants pay their rent on time, in full, and we maintain an impressive occupancy rate of 99%.
