I visited the store and had a few vague ideas about buying a new hardtail mountain bike. I felt welcomed, and valued. My uncertainties about options, were all answered with excellent suggestions about the pros and cons of each. I felt that Scotty was focused on allowing me to find the most suitable bike for my cycling enjoyment rather than leading me to any particular brand or model. The whole experience was absolutely first class
