I visited the store and had a few vague ideas about buying a new hardtail mountain bike. I felt welcomed, and valued. My uncertainties about options, were all answered with excellent suggestions about the pros and cons of each. I felt that Scotty was focused on allowing me to find the most suitable bike for my cycling enjoyment rather than leading me to any particular brand or model.
