Julie You , 15 July 2025
It was a long six-month journey of recovery. I had a serious injury—a fractured ankle bone and damage to four ligaments, one of which was torn by 65%. It was a major setback, both physically and mentally.
After 32 sessions over six months, I can now say that I’ve made an incredible recovery. In the beginning, I could barely climb stairs with a splint. But now, I can not only walk up the stairs confidently, I can even jog up them from time to time.
I’m especially happy that I can go back to doing the sports I love at more than 90% of my original ability. It truly feels like I’ve “graduated” from rehab—and it’s such a proud and joyful moment.
Without Flow Clinic, I would never have been able to achieve this on my own. I’m deeply grateful HIS dedication, support, and expertise. Thank you for helping me walk—and run—again!
