Fenceworld, is a 2nd rate company who delivers cheap & defective product. Once your down payment is received communication becomes non-existent and promises are followed up with BS, lies and false promises. I ordered a gate which after paying a deposit in late 2021 and chasing for months, eventually had a gate installed. Not even two months later it became clear the gate was defective when paint started blistering. For 15 months, out of 17 months since the gate was installed, I either had a defective gate or no gate at all. It still hasn’t been fixed. Be aware that Fenceworld will take your money and deliver substandard and cheap quality product. I strongly advice anyone considering engaging with this company should look for a reputable company who will deliver the quality you pay for.

Good at understanding what we wanted, competitive pricing. Good quality of work. Big watch out - if something goes wrong with their product, not at all willing to rectify the problem and will leave you to sort it out yourself. Not impressed at all
