Really mean - I was outside of Ace 4WD today when a car pulled over and dropped off a mum and her kids. The car was stopped for less than a minute and it was stopped in the driveway of Ace 4WD (which they shouldn't have been). However, one of the mechanics came out and began screaming at the lady in front of her kids and was very abusive to her. I can't say that I would ever take my truck here after seeing this today.
